1. To update your subscription information, log into your account on Physicianschoice.com and click on My Account in the upper, right hand corner.
   
   
2. Next, click on Manage Subscriptions
   
   
3. From the top of the menu bar, select what information you would like to update: delivery schedule, shipping address, payment method, or even adding a new product!
   
   

   
   

   
   
   
4. Once you select your desired tab, enter your new information (preferred shipment date, new shipping address, etc).
   
   
5. Make sure to save the changes to your account.
   
   You have successfully updated your information!
